Terese S. Harris, MD is always accepting new patients. Dr. Harris is happy to welcome you to her office. Dr, Harris knows going to the doctor can be a little overwhelming at times, so she is happy to provide you with our new patient forms ahead of time so that you can fill them out prior to your appointment and save you time during your visit.
Remember to bring a list of any medications you may currently be taking as well as any previous medical records you may want to provide. Insurance
We accept all forms of payment. Our office will provide you with the three things you need for reimbursement from your Insurance:
- Copy of your Invoice
- Superbill
- Reimbursement form from your Insurance plan
Your Insurance company will mail your reimbursement check directly to you.
